Reception staff did not look at me I kept saying I couldn’t hear her. If she looked at me I could up read.

The whole team were great caring and excellent they are all 10 out of 10.
They brought my mum back to life with their great help.

The only thing is this ward need more walking frames as those first days we were constantly looking for me when needed.
